Who is
Hello, Lovely was officially founded in 2013 by Jessica Blackmon and Samantha VanRanden. Even so, you could find Jessica doing hair years before that. She attended Vancouver Community College in 2010 and completed her training in the heart of Vancouver. Samantha attended the JCI Institute in 2015 and joined Jessica in the beauty industry. The two of them imagined a company built around loving on others, meeting new people, and sharing in the joyful moments of life. Jessica and Samantha will work with you to meet all your needs around your wedding day morning, your graduation ceremony, your photoshoots and more. You will be hard-pressed to find someone more dedicated, talented, and kind than these two!
